반도체 양자점을 이용한 단광자 광원

초록 : 

최근 양자암호통신의 상용화에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하고 있으며 그 중요한 부품이 단광자광원이다. 효율적인 “single photon on demand” 광원을 찾기 위해 지난 20 년간 많은 연구가 있었지만 아직 실용적인 단광자광원을 확보하지 못하였다. 본 발표에서는 비공진 방법을 이용한 효율적인 단일양자점 단광자광원에 대한 본 연구실의 연구 결과와 플라즈몬과 결합한 colloidal 양자점 단광자광원 개발에 대한 예비 결과를 소개하고 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향을 논의하고자 한다.
