Abstract:

페로브스카이트 산화물은 전자의 강한 상호작용의 결과로 다양한 물리현상을 보인다고 알려져 있다특히 SrTiO3(STO) 기판에 LaTiO3 (LAO) 증착해 만든STO/LAO이종접합의 계면에서는 전기  자기 특성과 관련된 흥미로운 물리현상들이 관찰된다 강연에서는  분야에서의 최근 연구동향을 개괄하고STO/LAO/STO 다층 박막의 특이한 물리현상 들에 관해 논의하고자 한다.
