Fe5GeTe2 나선형 자성특성과 자기저항의 전류밀도 의존성 연구

Abstract:

Fe¬5GeTe2(이하 F5GT) 2차원 자성체 중에 가장 높은 큐리온도(~320 K) 가지고 있는 물질 하나로, 최근 연구가 많이 되고 있다. 발표에서는 크게 두가지 주제에 대해서 다룰 예정이다. 첫번째는 F5GT 온도에 따른 자성특성, 두번째는 저온에서 발현되는 수송현상 관련 연구결과이다. 첫번째 주제의 경우, 연구를 통해 270 K에서 F5GT 나선형 자성 특성을 갖게 되며, 이는 결정 비대칭구조에 의한 쟐로우신스키-모리야 상호작용에 의한 것임을 주사 터널 현미경 측정을 통해 증명할 예정이다. 두번째 주제에서는 F5GT 전류밀도에 따라 자기 저항의 크기가 바뀌고, 이것이 자기상변화와 관련되어 있음을 논의할 예정이다.
