O 박사학위 논문심사위원회 구성 (학위수여규정 제6조)
- 해당 전공분야의 전임직 교원중에서 총장이 위촉하는 5인의 위원으로 구성한다. 다만, 총장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 5인 이상의 위원으로 구성하거나, 2인 이내의 타 학과 전임직 교원 또는 외부 전문가(비전임직 교원 포함)를 위원으로 위촉할 수 있다.
O 학위논문 심사위원회 운영
- 각 과정 학위논문심사(학위논문계획서 심사 포함)는 학위논문심사위원회의 위원 전원이 동일 장소에 참석하여 심사함.
- 참석이 불가능할 경우 화상회의를 통한 심사 가능 (심사관련 서류는 해당 학생이 심사위원에게 전달)
- 심사위원중 연구연가등의 사유로 참석이 불가능할 경우 해당 심사위원 변경.
- Fax, E-mail 등 통신수단에 의한 심사는 불허함.
O 박사학위 논문심사절차
- 본심 : 논문심사 개최 15일전까지 ‘박사학위 청구논문심사 개최요청서’제출 → 심사당일 ‘박사학위 논문심사결과 및 종합시험 결과보고서’(심사위원장)와 ‘박사학위논문심사요지’(각 심사위원) 드림.
O Organization of Doctoral Dissertation Review Committee (Article 6, Academic Degree Conferment Regulations)
- The committee consists of five full-time professors from relevant fields. If requested by the president, the committee may have more than five members. The president may appoint two full-time faculty of other departments or external professionals (including part-time faculty).
O Doctoral Dissertation Review Committee Regulations
- All committee members must be present during the dissertation review (including dissertation proposal review).
- If a committee member cannot be present in person, he or she may participate via video conferencing (review documents to be delivered by the student).
- If a committee member is on sabbatical leave, he or she shall be replaced by a substitute member.
- Review is not permitted through fax or e-mail.
O Doctoral Dissertation Review Procedure
- Main: submission of Request for Doctoral Dissertation Review 15 days prior to the start of review → distribution of Doctoral Dissertation Review Report (chair) and Summary of Doctoral Dissertation Review (each committee member) on the day of review.
