■ With regard to leave of absence or withdrawal, students’ applications which fail to meet the deadlines indicated below will be automatically cancelled.

■ With regard to leave of absence/withdrawal, filing applications online is not allowed starting from two days prior to the deadline (the deadline date and the day before). In this case the application must be done by paperwork as it was.
■ Students can submit applications only after gaining approvals from related faculties and receiving confirmation from the related administration office.
